Efficient Infill Project

Just off Banff Avenue, nestled underneath Tunnel Mountain, this prime location infill project doubled the living space whilst maintaining a small footprint and efficient design.

The kitchen and living spaces are located on the top floor and feature best views of Mt Sulphur and Mt Rundle. The owners reclaimed timber from an old garage and used them for casing and soffit, it’s the details that make history. An infill project is a great way to increase the living area on any property whilst maintaining the existing structure. HSS was pleased to execute the framing for these amazing owners.
