The decision was made to preserve as much material as possible, reducing waste while remodeling the space and incorporating energy-efficient solutions for enhanced comfort and cost-effectiveness.

From stunning exterior finishes to carefully curated interior design, every detail has been thoughtfully selected to stand the test of time.

In addition, the entire building undergone an optimization of its energy system. This included addressing insulation, airtightness, ventilation, and renewable energy integration, resulting in a drastic reduction in the home’s overall energy use.

The house is designed to meet the rigorous Passive House standards, ensuring minimal energy consumption and long-term sustainability.
