Team Day at Mt. Norquay!

Last week, we enjoyed a team building afternoon to celebrate all the hard work we’ve done this summer and welcome some new members of Team HSS. The Banff Pavilion is completed and open to the public, and we’re looking forward to what’s ahead!

We got lucky with some absolutely stunning weather, and had amazing views of the Bow Valley. We took the sightseeing chair up Mt. Norquay to spot the Pavilion from above, introduce and welcome new team members, and enjoy a great lunch together at the Cliffhouse Bistro. After lunch, we followed the Stoney Lookout Trail and had a “round table” discussion about individual and company-wide goals.

Overall, it was a great day to remind us all how lucky and grateful we are to live and work in the beautiful Bow Valley and to have a team that shares in the vision of sustainable design and construction practices. Build the future now!
